At Heliah, we want to be fully transparent about how your order gets to you. Please read through our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future.

Processing & Fulfillment

Ready-to-Ship Items

If an item is marked as ready-to-ship, please allow **1–2 business days** for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the contact information provided at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you. Please allow up to **3–8 weeks** from the date of your order for delivery. This includes:

The estimated timeframe for each product is noted in the product description. If your order exceeds the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may be affected by:

- Weather conditions or carrier delays
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays, major sale events)
- Remote or rural delivery locations

We ship via USPS and will include UPS in the future. Tracking information will be sent to your email or phone number once your order is on its way.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 days of placing it. Once production has begun on a made-to-order item, cancellations are no longer accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact us at support@heliah.co with your order number as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Heliah is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address. If your package is returned to us for this reason, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout before submitting your order.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you have not received tracking information within the stated fulfillment window, please reach out to us at support@heliah.co and we will assist you.
